DTC is applicable from which attempt for?

Hi . I am student of CA Final. I have recently clear PCC in June -09 attampt.. My Final Exams Due in May-2011.. As we know Direct Tax Code will be applicable from 1st April 2011. So can any one say whether I will have DTC in May 2011 attampt or not?? Should I study Income Tax as per Direct Tax Code or as per current syllabus???
