DTAA APPLICABILITY IF SERVICE PROVIDED OUTSIDE INDIA
if testing services provided in Germany and payment also made in Germany will DTAA will be applicable?? is 15cb still required?

If paid through India, TDS u/s. 195 will be applicable, along with form 16cb.
