DTL or DTA is created due to the difference arising out of depreciation rate changes in two acts that is Companies Act and Income Tax act,
hence DTL or DTA is created on depreciation difference arising between the depreciation calculated as per two acts that is (differencial depreciation multiplied with tax rate)
