Its been observed that Case Laws ( both landmark & recent) are asked directly or indirectly in DT, IDT exams in CA Final.
I have got books from Sept 2009. i mean, which were relevant for MAY 2010 exams.
For Nov 2010, will the same books do? Or I should immediately purchse New books?
In that case, Which books are suggested for Nov 2010 exam which contain all the applicable Case Laws which will be asked in Nov 10 exam?

Institue issue one book for both may and nov. exam. so don't worry.
The book you hold is enough for case study
the Institute hd issued the book on case law which was also useful for may 10 must b read for nov. also

FA 09 is applicable for may/nov 2010. you do not need to buy any book if u have book amended by FA 09. however circular/notification issued up to 30.4.2010 is applicable for nov 2010. also case law delivered up to 30.4.2010 is relevant. buy book for cicular/notification like dipak gupta or other teachers of IDT which will be available before 2 months of exam. You can buy RTP/select cases in DT/IDTalso. Question from recent Circular/notification are asked mainly in IDT only.

Can anyone please tell me, where I can get case studies/notification/Circulars issued upto april 2010.
Institute is providing any material for latest notifications and circulars.
the RTP will contain the case laws
Suvarna .....u need not buy any book for DT . The May attempt will be enuf.
But for IDT , case laws the institute will come out soon with a booklet and notifications will be covered in the RTP. So no need of any new book.
