Hello Friends !!
While uploading an ITR-6 in case of a corporate assessee, the assessee is prompted to get its DSC (in this case in .pfx mode & valid) registered. However, upon trying to get it registered, a prompt pops up 'DSC does not match the DSC in our records. Please click 'here' to register. However, 'here' merely changes its colour from red to black and the link does not open. The details of Directors is same as last year and the Return being a case of loss, has to be filed in time.
Your help in getting the DSC registered & ITR-6 filed shall be highly appreciated. The e-filing administrator had been sent a screen shot as advised by ASK but their reply is yet to materialise......Hope someone helps me out in time. THANKS !!
