DSC for HUF or Karta in Income Tax Audit ITR

Hello, I want to know if we can use karta DSC to file HUF ITR as the file has been tax audited and one more thing the tax audit was done twice once in 13th Jan and second on 21 Jan as there was some mistake in the figure which date will be mentioned in ITR.
