a child of our friensd is getting hos kid to go for some training sessions for autism.

the papers of Doctor mentions it as High Risk Autism Sepectrum Disorder.

can such expenses be claimed undsr 80dd??

Yes. 80DD can be claimed since autism is covered under section 80DD

The disabilities which qualify for tax benefits under Section 80DD of the Income Tax Act include blindness, loco motor disability, low vision, mental illness, mental retardation, leprosy-cured, hearing impairment, cerebral palsy and autism.
Querist ask for autism and you already replied earlier for that. So now stop making relies for points.
