Is Debenture Redemption Reserve is really utilise for redemption of debentures?

Yes, DRR(Debenture Redemption Reserve) comes under Revenue Reserves & this reserve is a Statutory Reserve(Requirement of Law/AS). So ofcourse it is utilized for Redemption of Debentures.

Drr is created for redemption of debentures .. after redemption it will transfer to general reserve
