Pls. let me know the law if a minor (Below age 14 years) drives 2 wheeler or motor car. Can he be penalised with fine or imprisonment or both and/or his/her parents too? Somebody said that if a minor drive a vehicle, a FIR will be lodged against his/her parents.
Pls. clarify.

If the minor hits to somebody or damange to other's vehicle than who will responsible (Minor or his/her parents) and in whose name FIR will be lodged?
Pls. reply in favour of our's because no body wants to drive vehicle by minors. It's our duty also to stop these things in our society.
