Dream company is the one where your dreams will be realized and not the dreams of the company alone for which you work for.
Most people work in Big4 or any other big company in the intial stages of their career for brand name and not because of personal satisfaction or gratitude.
Small companies will give you scope to learn everything you want and help you leverage your skills and make you become an overall person before you get into life's toughest challenges.
We need to learn till 30 years and need to implement our practical knowledge for the best till 60 years. We have capability to think innovatively and in a multi pronged way only when we do multi tasking and not a single work like Accounts Receivables or consolidation. etc. A comprehensive package is required for success. Just good food doesnt keep us happy.We need good friends and a much good spouse and the best parents.
In big companies, there would 10 people competing with you to get the same position. In small company, you are the one doing everything independently.
Are you ready to work in a dream company say ITC for 10-20 years as an entrant?
Are you ready to work like a slave for 10-14 hours for Big 4 firms till you reach 30 and waiting for promotion?
