DRC-03 is the Intimation of payment made.

FORM GST DRC- 03 is for Intimation of payment made voluntarily or made against the show cause notice (SCN) or statement notified under rule 142(2) & 142 (3) of Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 .

So its not a Return Form , its form to pay demand & recovery.

In simple language its a setoff mechanism, which enable the taxpayer to setoff any due from cash ledger or credit ledger

we have registered under GST in 15 states, i have received one invoice from our software developer to Head office but this GST input tax i need to transfer to all 15 states,

how to do kindly help.
