I am facing some error in DRC03 filling, Error is  Enter the correct amount(Sum of Cash/ITC) that is equal to the amount to be paid towards liability

Drc 03 error while making payment ?

I am making payment against annual return 18-19  voluntary .

I have sufficied balance in Cash Ledger Balance

While making payment (Voluntary Payment) each time I am getting

Error : Enter the correct amount(Sum of Cash/ITC) that is equal to the amount to be paid towards liability.

All the amount are correct four time checked.

Please guide me.

fill the TAX and interest in intger amt 

again check value entered by you for tax ans interest . it shuld be in integer.

Exclude fraction amounts while filing the details. its worked for me.

Delete the entry from
My Saved Applications (Red dustbin)
and again make the application but this time make the total amount payable as a "round figure (whole number)".

It is a bug in the portal. They accept float number in previous screen but whole number in next screen and then do an equal to comparison.

Error still exists in 2022.
