he is the only owner of the firm, whatever profit or loss goes to him, business going well or not, he is the only liable person.
so sole proprietor can withdraw anything from firm. he will get affected by his own decisions.

You can withdrew any amount but if you had taken loan then excess drawing will effect debt equity ratio so consider this before making excessive drawings.
