please help me in drafting a letter for the following case :
a public financial institution has nominated a director and he was appointed as a nominee director of other company. after some time the stake /shareholding pattern of the PFI has been decreased below 1% . so now we need to convey them (PFI) not to appoint their director on our bourd in a polite manner . PLEASE HELP TO DRAFT A LETTE urgent???????????????????????????????
