TAN alloted by client during May 2018. Return in Form 26Q uploaded on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in by registering TAN as TRACES has redirected to incometaxindiaefiling portal. Now how & from where to download the TDS certificate in such case. No registration on TRACES.

You are required to register on TRACES site after that request for Form 16

You have already registered in TRACES. Because without registering in TRACES you cannot register in ITR site. Log in to TRACES as deductor. Select Form16 under Download menu. Select FY under Bulk PAN. Enter the details. Confirm the details of Deductor. Enter the details of token and then you there. Form 16 is requested. Check at least after 4 hours.

You First Needed to register on E-login site, by redirecting from TRACES, and you can register on TRACES only after uploading your first return. Now you are required to register on TRACES as Deducter., And only after registration you'll be able to download TDS certificate.
