hello sir plz tell me if we have itns challan 281 in word format if we fill and take print out den whether bank will accept that?
note: printer is black and white

Yes ,
You can file it manually, but comparatively filing online is quite faster and reliable. whereas in case of filing returns manually you have to particularly send your return in an envolope to that jurisdiction office only.
