When I try to download form 16A for 2nd qtr for financial year 2012-13 from new income tax website TRACES it show "Download request cannot be submitted as statement has not been processed for selected Financial Year, Quarter and Form type".
Can any one help me how to download form 16A ?

As discussed in this Forum, difficulties are being faced to download 16A from TRACES. It is a new site and probably taking a bit of time to become mature and user friendly.
