I made a TDS payment online through SBI internet banking then I have downloaded form 16B after registering PAN of Purchaser from Traces website & downloaded 26AS as well as. I want to know from where can I download form 26QB.

26QB is an online Tds return cum Tds payment challan .

It's just for payment purpose.

You may get it from TIN-NSDL.COM

Else Google it as e-payment system ,you may get it from the challan lists.

The acknowledgement should be challan no 281 .
Use the challan no , date and amount to check the validity of 26QB
