after restoring the data go to the main page of Tally,then rewrite the data by pressing alt+ctrl+r.

Hope it works.

I have already try this formula, but not working.

when I have open the file of tally.erp 9 v1.61 in tally.erp 9 v1.1, one error is pop up, then we click ok & automaticly tally.erp 9 v1.1 has been exit.

Pls give any more formula or trick for it.

This will work 100% 1. Open the file Tally.ini in Tally Erp Folder by double clicking on it. 2. Set the option to No for Default Companies = Yes in the following line. ;; Specify list of companies to preload, ;; TO STOP DEFAULT LOADING set the following line to NO Default Companies = Yes Load = 10000 3.
