Our company is a public ltd company in india.It has set up a WOS in USA. So our indian company is going to invest in That WOS in USA. Since this is first time investment we need not quote UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. So we invested $72000 under automatic route. But now we are going to invest another $72000. But this time we need to quote UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. So please tell what is the procedure for getting UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. I asked DAD in this regard, what they are telling is The form ODI (Part-I) what we submitted at the time of first investment itself is enough for getting UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. Is this correct? Please anyone help friends. It is very urgent friends.
