Doubts about direct entery systems

Today i read the notification given by the ICAI but

i did not understand the word which are written.......

                                             So please can you Explain me in Simple word......

If i directly go to IPCC Should i have to do

1) ArticleShip training for 9 months

2) IT training for 100 Hour

           OR

I can do all the Above 2 points in later on after i give the First Group of IPCC Exam

         OR

Above two points is Comulsory for before giving the IPCC any group of exam..........

please Clear All my Doubts....
