while you apply for may20 exams ,in application for you need to mention it

and the reason why it showed as no record found since u haven't applied for Nov 19 exams hence question of exemption status doesn't arise..
your exemption is valid till three attempts irrespective of whether you appear for exam or not .
hence till May 2020 you are eligible for exemption..
