doubt on CPT registration Revalidation

I had applied for CPT exams June 2010. But I was admitted provisionally stating that I have to revalidate my registration. How to revalidate CPT?........ My registration was lapsed and I want to revalidate... I am in chennai. Please anybody else provide your guidance...

One Registration gives you validity of 3yrs...... I mean if you regd on 31st july 2009 then it is valid upto 30th july 2012...... Revalidation is possible by paying Rs.500/- as revalidation fee and send a valid letter to the concerned region.....

Sir to whom the DD of 500 RS should be drawn as i'm in Coimbatore weather i have to send both letter & DD to Coimbatore branch or chennai regional head
