Hii..there is a ques in merger and acquisition chapter in PM , ques no.43, Bank P and Bank R.In this ques we need to calculate swap ratio and while calculating swap ratio its taken 5/40 when calculating for Gross NPA..nd i think it should be 40/5.
Can somebody please explain it?????

While calc gross npa we take the acquiring Co gross npa in the numerator n target in the denominator... Diff from as usual
