Do you have any steps for solving the crashing problem in QT..I am not able to understand them from the module.

For Assignment Problem, you've to follow the given flowchart

You don't need to go into any further detail.Just follow the steps.

There can be cases when performing column operations before row operations will not impact the solution. My guess is that it'll be when then is a zero in each row & column and so the matrix remains unchanged. So ,My advice is that you by heart the steps and follow it.

Try to understand the concept behind crashing.

In examination, you must study every chapter in AMA. So that you have a choice of not opting Simplex,Crashing and a degenerate Transportation problem. 

If you want I can explain the concept of crashing and I can also brief you on how to solve it, but you don't need to overburden yourself just to understand crashing. Finish all other topics in AMA and then tackle these three topics.

For exams, try to avoid Simplex & Crashing unless you've no other choice.
