An amendment is made while filing April 2019 return to an invoice in pertaining to January 2019 return. Now if I go and open January 2019 return will it show the revised amount in the January 2019 return or not???????

No the amendment will be shown in april and same way the gstr 2a created for your customer will be reflected in april.
