TAN is not a mandatory requirement to deduct tax from payment made for purchasing an immovable property - Sec. 194-IA(3).

Purchaser is not required to obtain a TAN for deduction..

can you please mention the procedure for making payment in the case of TAN already alloted to the client
Where TDS 194-ia applies, the individual's PAN will be used to deduct and deposit TDS.
