Yes, Monica.Otherwise no one will go for ug.Everyone will go for directly in ca course.How will commerce institute run.They will will be tempt to shutdown.So somewhere it's important.
Its not about commerce institute will shut down. CA is not considered as a graduate / pg degree. If someone is pursuing CA there is no guarantee that he will be able to do it. Moreover, graduation is the minimum requirements for most of jobs.
