hello, i paid my income tax twice by mistake for dis assessment year. who can approach to get it refunded.or i can revise my return n get the refund? pls help..

Hey Revise the reurn that is the most simple way of claiming the refund. Once you submit the revised return this return comes into the shoes of the original return i.e it will be deemed that you have filled your return within the deadline of 31'st july if your original return was filled in time. Did you show in ur original return the amount you have paid twice . i.e did you claim refund in original return if not then there is no way out you have to claim refund only vis a Return.

you get the refund by filing return....if you have already filed it, you can revise it now and if you have not filed it you can file a belated return and can still get refund.....
