if B purchases material from
register deler A of 100000 with same eway bill to site. now from same site B sale same materila to another registered deler C so can B is liable to Mack eway bill of the same material.

No only one eway bill is required
Eway bill has to be generate on modue Bill To , Ship To

Eway bill genrated by A
Under Bill To : Address of B
Under Ship To : Address of C

B will send his bill to C Via mail or courier

ok sir thank B have no need to generate e way bill in this case.
but if A is already generated e way bill to B to site than.
