The Company shall file the application for getting the ststus of domant Company by filing MSC 1. And the Company would get relief from secretarial and financial compliance.Like Dormant Company can hold just 2 Board meetings in ayear and One Board meeting shall be held in half of the calender year.
But before applying the ststus of dormant Company following points shall be considered.
The Company has not taken any loan weather secured or unsecured
the Company has not defaulted in the payment of deposit or interest thereon
The Company should have paid all the outstanding dues and taxes to the Government
The Company shall not have any defaulting creditors and workmen dues.
