Dont Use Hindi Words Abbrevated in English in this Forun

For everyone of them Mother Tongue is the First Language and we respect the same But some how or other after the British Rule English Language has become the Medium  for Our Business.I therefore urge every one who uses this forum not to use abbrevated Hindi words in English Language as some can understand and some cant.and in this way we can improve our communication skills .Please put your Views on the same

hindi first and hindi is last

but  sumit while communicating in english if you use hindi words abbrevated in english what is the use you should either you should use complete hindi or complete english but not hindi words abbrevated in english

Hi Sivaram, as far as i think medium for all the professional discussions and discussions related to subject matters in CAclub India are English only, but when people post jokes, and funny mails it will be difficult to change the language. Those kinds of things can be in any language. People use Hindi here because its not only the mother tongue of a particular class of people but also the national language of India and more importantly  most of the people can understand Hindi except people from Tamil Nadu. I am not blaming anyone but there is no harm in posting jokes and funny mails in Hindi. And if you are talking about communication, it does not mean that people should use English only. Good communication means people should be in the position to make others understand. It may be in Hindi or English or any other Language. This is my opinion.

I absolutely agree with Aditya. But instead of Tamilnadu, we can say South India.

We should not say South India. Because I have seen Karnataka and Andhra People speaking good Hindi.

you mean to say either use pure english or pure hindi?
 

no its not possible now  days.

there isnt any problem if some people use mix languages.

even while speaking I use both the languages....................so while writing we also use that.

you are also right that some may have difficulty regarding this. but when one will become familliar he dont face any problem

Except Hyderabad and Bangalore city, other parts of AP and Karnataka is not that much aware of Hindi.

Dont forget that we are all INDIANS... " UNITY AND DIVERSITY" is our Unique. Please stop blaming each other. Let us share valuable things in this forum instead of debating which is best which is worst.

We are all doing or done professional course, hence think professionally enhanse our knowledge thorugh this valuable portal.

Hi All.....Its not a blame game...English Can be used as a common language but in India..no one can survive without speaking Hindi. We are professional and any profession don't say that we should not use our National Language, because that will be one of the most effective medium of communications. I m not saying that we should Hindi only but there is no harm in using Hindi in some places.

I agree with Adi that  people are using English and a lil bit Hindi (which is our National language ), Not madwari, Bangoli or Tamil....., (which will really difficult to understand by most of the people) .Moreover important news , forum message,  queries and shared file are also posted in english, so no harm in using a lil bit Hindi and now even CA course can also be pursued in HIndi and we are avaiding this great language while communicating , this is not done.............

I think the whole problem in communication arises besause of SMS.

SMS language is very popular among the students & thats why they are using it here.

I think there is no harm in using hindi but the problem is using "hindi in english".
