If a company is making donation to political parties without complying the provisions of section 293A of companies act, then is it possible to claim 80GGB deduction.. (can we disallow in computation of PGBP and then claim deduction under chapter VI-A

I dont think this can happen. There are certain Judicial Decisions in which the Assessee had violated certain laws and then claimed exemption, though the exemption was true, court had held that you cannot claim the deduction there is violation of some law and due to which no benefit can be made available to the assessee, but if the deduction is higher than fight may be you get it.

Dear friends, the provisions of 80GGB says ANY contribution by company... so we can claim the deduction under that section?
Disallowances will be attracted by section 37 sure, but why not claim the deduction?
