sir please let me know the consequences in case private limited company donate 50lakh to a trust having same trustee which are also director in Pvt. ltd.company

Donation related matters are contained in Companies Act. They should be complied with.

Related transactions provisions are also to be complied with.

May consult directly and confirm with Company statutory Auditor.
