Doing works contract for foreign country

Dear All,

We have tender for doing a manufacturing setup in a foreign company.  Which includes supplying of machineries and testing equipments, suppling machinery parts, giving training to their labours for manufacturing the part, giving training for testing, etc.

1. In this I have doubt how to make invoice for supply of machineries. Actually we are not manufacturers of machineries. What taxes we have to charge. As this works contract we have to make service bill or sales bill.

Also guide me what are all the other points we have to note for doing jobs like this.
