Eligibility requires no graduation,
But it will be a good choice to do graduation alongwith your studies.
You should do graduation, as it will brush up your basics and in-depth knowledge of CA study will help you score more in graduation.

Dear Manish Sir.,
I think the graduation is waste of time if some one become a CA. Bcoz, They ll be going to Commerce related gratuation then you are exactly correct. If not... Three years is waste.
But, They ll be move from CPT to CA then they get get knowledge from basic to experience...
Please reply Am I right or wrong...?!!!
Dont even think of not doing Graduation.
Form Career Perspective if u r not graduated and even ifu r a qualified CA/CWA/CS
u will face many difficulties.
Its better to do graduation alongwith CA/CS/CMA.First thing is risk factor involved in CA/CS/CMA and second thing is that you will be asked graduation for most of the jobs and the third thing is that your level of knowledge will go up.I am also doing CA alongwith Bcom.So I am also experiencing that advantage.
Hi,
Frankly speaking once you clear CA, Bcom doesnt matter at all.
But doing graduation throug a regular course is always recommended. If you are not keen on doing regular course, take up in IGNOU distance education programme. Their papers are just one sitting exam and it is as easy as eating a chocolate.
If you want a Bcom degree just for name sake / time pass, IGNOU is better. You need to find out about the value and recognition of IGNOU Bcom
Thanks for sharing the information it was vey much useful.
Hi Ashok
Any degree or University is not time pass or name sake please respect them on a forum like this.
As far as IGNOU is concerned, its well recognised.
Thanks
