Doing a job and CA simultaneously

Hi Everybody,

i work in a bpo and my age is 26 yrs. i have passed 12th science and also hold a diploma in computers. Following are my concerns:

1)  It is my dream to do CA (because i want to do something worthwhile in life and make a career); however, i don't have any idea whether a job and CA course can be done simultaneously. Are there examples wherein people did both the things. So please advise. 

i apologize, if i have asked some irrelevant and meaningless question.

2) Is it mandatory to have a Bachelors degree (like B.Com) along with CA for better prospects?

3) Also, please advise if one completes CA at the age of around 31 then what are the prospects of getting a job? Would age factor come into picture and make it difficult or impossible to get a job?
