Does limit of 20 companies for Directorship includes section 8 companies?

Explanation II.—For reckoning the limit of directorships of twenty companies, the directorship in a dormant company shall not be included
#Exemption to Section 8 company

So does it mean the section 8 companies shall not be included in the limit of 20?

As per Amendment dated June 2015, a Director if holding the Directorship in 20 Company can still be appointed as Director in Section 8 Commpany. The Provision of holding Directorship in 20 companies shall not apply on section 8 Company
