Explanation II.—For reckoning the limit of directorships of twenty companies, the directorship in a dormant company shall not be included

As per Amendment dated June 2015, a Director if holding the Directorship in 20 Company can still be appointed as Director in Section 8 Commpany. The Provision of holding Directorship in 20 companies shall not apply on section 8 Company
