It does not matter for international students. CPA is a uniform exam i.e. the exam is same for all the states. It will only matter if you are planning to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. 

The best thing is that you can always transfer your license in the state you want to practice as a CPA if you fulfill the education, experience and residency requirement.
