Does excise duty applies to restaurants

normally no Excise on Baked and served food 

However on waste of meat industry its applicable 

Service tax is charged on AC resturents

it is into restaurant business. serves foods and beverages but does not serve alcohol.

resturents are not covered under Excise but applicable under service tax, 

only air conditioned resturents are covered,
