Does cs training document required franking (stamp duty ) ?

Is FRANKING of Rs.100 is compulsorily required while signing the training document with PCS ? ICSI website does not having any information about it. What to do if someone has forgot to do FRANKING on the document ?

just 20Rs Stamp paper is enough but u hav to take DD for Rs.50 infavour of ICSI, New Delhi
