Does bpo/kpo work exp. relevant for ca's

dekh bhai BPO n KPO they work on client basis.......i worked wid Datamatics , Sureprep india ltd...all this are well renowed outsourcing co.....

nw the processs how it works...

if they hire u on taxation basis they they will giv u entire training on US , UK , Canadian process and after ur output they will put u on team leader position......... most of my frnd compleeted ther articel nw working as team leader..........

fr accounts and financial process......same as above the process will be...

after working wid such u cant get an oppurtunity to work wid banks r any manufacturiing unit.........

either u work in BPO r KPO in the porcess to be get listed in ny stock exchange lik NASDAQ NYSEetc bt such thing are restricted ony to CFOs.

in short i hav lots of frnd workin wid bpo r kpo and also i had aslo worked wid it i dont fell it to be a good one.....

they dont follow any indian taxaation r accounts processss........end to end process..at one end the indian CA handling the porcess and on other end CPAs giving the project......

after investing such a preciuos time and giving lots of effort it worthless to work wid such co. even a 12th pass student can work wid such co.

I know about BPO and its working so in my suggestion there is no relation in BPO and CA working. If you are working in BPO sector than it will not going to help you in CA but in other way experience always going to help you one day?

Hello everyone, Just can't stop my self from posting any comments . I am working in a KPO but the organisation says they are doing "audit"-haha. When I joined I bended for the brand value of the organisation even knowing that the work is KPO nature,i mean mostly excel and instructions based.

But i would not recommend any CA,CS or any professonal to join KPO/BPO at there initial career phase.And if you want to try your hand just go with a short tem vision that is less than 6 months.It will provide you a great platform to learn MNC culture.
Try for a CA firm or start with your own practise if you have some saving or you have some clients.
DO NOT forget that, you have studied so hard to get this memorable CA Degree.  :-)
