yes it. is.

i think so.

Not at all fair....But actually..its not only unfair to students But equally unfair to Members as well.....But the thing is that students are more scared of this rule as they think that they r the one who are suffering alone...but actually its not like that...If u r not satisfied with the work experience, then dont take tension..Onceu learn that work...just complete it professionally & pay attention towards ur study...bcoz u would get good learning opportunity throughout ur professional life but this is the right time to be focused on your study as student life is the best life....if u r not satisfied with ur articleship So would be ur CA.If u cant take transfer, then ur CA too cant make u transfer...so just chill &  dont do overtime in the office if u r not satisfied with the quqlity work...justdo it as if an employee does in a company..ok?

No

Not at all

The worst decision i hv ever heard in my life

Not at all fair

neither bad nor gud...................

its a very happy news for the members.. why doesnt icai implement something favouring the students..the members can happily make the best use of their articles. in some firms articles dont even get time to study cuz o du pressure frm dr principal. this is totally unfair..what if a student is workin in a mediocre/small firm and he/ she wants to pursue his/her articleship in a better firm after inter.. suppose a person gets rank in pcc, his/her potency wud be restricted to working in a small firm.. they wont get the exposure they deserve.

On paper its Very Good but it has also practicle aspects like human problems and other circumsatnces problem etc in which transfer can be possible

hence I will give  9 ponits out of 10.

This rule is not at all good for CA students. Instead of this the number of transfers should be limited.

Atleast they should allow one transfer within the city, for better exposure

Worst Decision!!!!!!!!!!! ever taken by ICAI.

no it's not fair at all . now student can't change their firm even they learn all the works at there or want to join big firm. it's really a bad news and wrost decision taken by icai

No , it "s not fair to students , if article and principle not understand each other so what is purpose for bounding them . Therefore ICAI think about the matter .
