Dear Sir,
We would like to know whether we need to attach an invoice for stock transfer ( in context of KVAT) or a debit note is ok. we have been advised that we do not have to raise invoice and that only debit note suffices.
Pl advise if this approach is right.

you should raise invoice for stock transfer and in the jnvoice u hve to clearly mentioned the word "Stock Transfer"
