Only one ITR needs to be filed with the Income Tax Department.
File ITR 3 /ITR 4 depending on the nature of income.

PAN and Aadhaar are required and bank statement if any bank transactions are doing and GST returns for sales figures. Books of accounts are also required if prepardd. and life insurance premium receipts etc...

In case of an individual details of your income and bank statements are required to file your return

if you are a proper writer then no separate returns are required for you and your business
