Documents Required For Dvat Registration.
1) Application in form DVAT 04 along with its annexure, if applicable.
2) Application in form DVAT 01,if opting for composition scheme.
3) Registration fees of Rs 500 by way of 5 Stamp paper of Rs 100 each.
4) Proof of incorporation of the applicant dealer i.e copy of deed of constitution ( Partnership Deed in case of partnership firm, Certificate of registration in case of Society, Memorandum & Article of Association in case of company)
5) Copy of PAN card of dealer.
6) Proof of ownership of Principal place of business & other additional places, if any( if owned property paper, if tanancy then Rent agreement,NOC from owner, Rent Receipt)
7) One cancelled cheque of applicant dealer.
8) Details of Investment in business(Capital,Loans, Plant & machinery, any other investment)
9) Detalis of top 5 commudities inwhich dealer is trading.
10) Security for DVAT Registration of Rs 100000/- in any of following form i.e Dealer's surity bond duly notirised by notiry, Cash, Fixed Deposit, Bank Guarantee, etc security can be reduced by Rs 50000 as per instruction annexed in form DVAT 04
11) 2 Photograph & Copy of PAN Card or Identity Proof (like Voter Card, Passport, Driving licence etc) of Proprietor, all partners, all directors as the case may be.
12) 2 Photograph & Copy of PAN Card or Identity Proof (like Voter Card, Passport, Driving licence etc) of Authorised signatory & a resolution in case of a company authorising the same.
13)2 Self addressed envolopes .
14) Non judicial stamp paper for Rs 50 in the name of representive person for issuing Power of attorney.
