Documents required for change of address in pan card

Dear Devisha,

For Change of address in PAN card you can send the Copy of Certificate of registration issued by the registrar of company.

1. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ( as proof of id and address).

2.copy of PAN CARD ( as proof of allotment of PAN)

you can file Online Application for Request for New PAN Card Or/ And Changes Or Correction in PAN Data @  https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/correction.H T M L

fee for processing PAN application is  107.00

Dear Colleagues ,

We have contacted NSDL. They have replied that the following documents would be required for change in address for a private limited company.

• Form INC- 22 filed with ROC
• Challan for INC- 22
• MCA Portal Details for Vieweing the Change filed as per INC- 22
• PAN Card Copy
• Copy of certificate of incorporation
