Documents Required For Applying to Bank for Cash Credit:-

Photograph : main applicants

ID proof : Pan card/ Passport/c Driving License

Signature Proof : Pan card/ Passport/Driving License

Age Proof : Pan card/ Passport/Driving License/DOB Certificate

Residence Proof : Passport/ Voter Card/Driving License/Ration Card/ Telephone Bill.

Office Proof : Telephone Bill/ Sales Tax registration certificate/ Electricity Bill

Ownership Proof : Electricity Bill/house tax/property papers

Income Proof : last 3 years audited financial along with audit report with all

Bank statement : main account last 6 month.

Sanction letter of existing Cash credit or overdraft limit availed by the

company.

Collateral Security : Property papers which are offered.

Constitution proof : MOA/ partnership deed

Others : any Govt. registration like service tax, sales Tax, excise,

Loan Proof : Repayment Schedule of all running loans

Procedure of charging roi on cc??

I have a manufacturing unit setuped in financial year 2016-17 having c c limit of 15 lacs. want to enhance limit up to 30 lacs. turn over is 75 lakhs. banker said that i need to submit audited balance sheet? but as per rule i don't need to be audited. what can i do?

Hi Atul, Please provide them CA Certified balance sheet (f they agree). You can also convince your banker for showing VAT returns as well as Banking. Also for profitability you can convince them with your ITR (if sole proprietor)

I have rented premises with rent agreement. I wants to apply for Cash credit. Is there any requirement that premises should be of own.? Please reply me ASAP.

Hi Chintan,

I dont think that there is any specific discretion of the premises being owned and not being rented/ leases as long as one is able to prove the business's credibility through Return of Income, Quantum of turnover, No history of default, Sufficient collateral etc.
