Hello Experts,

here is a situation

We are listd company and one of the shareholders have request for folowing documents before AGM

(1 ) Copy of full Register of Investment from the date of incorporation of our company

2 ) Copy of full Register of Contract from the date of incorporation of our company

( 3 ) Copy of full Register of Directors and Key Managerial Person from the date of incorporation of our company

he is shareholder of co since year 2000 and our co is listed from year 1995 and incorporated as PVT LD in year 1982

Please help me from which year we have to provide him details and also is it mandatory to provide all doc from incorpration

sec 94(3) allows shareholders to a copy of the registers maintained by the co on payment of fee not exceeding 10rs per page

Thanks for the reply but would want to know if there is time period as he is shareholder from year 2000 and asking registeres from incorporation also co listed in year 95 and incorporated as pvt in 82 so from when should we give details from he becoming shareholder or from 1982 or 1995?

have to give from incorporation as nothing in the act is written of which year the shareholder can get the info abt the co so co is undfer the obligation to provide from when the shareholder is asking.
