ya,if u send its good...its better to provide all document so that form cannot be rejected or resend....
you need class 12 marksheet, (Xerox ) & cpt marksheet attested by a chartered accountant.

Better you take your class 10th marksheet & admitcard but these should be attested by a CA.
What happens if I don't send the CPT marksheet??? Will the form be rejected?? Please reply ASAP.
